Kayla law NAMED FELLOW OF THE Higher Education Challenge grant

Congrats to Kayla Law, who will be part of a USDA fellowship program that provides students with effective science communication skills in the area of agricultural research. Kayla's research project focuses on investigating how maternal environments impact development of the microbiome in newborn piglets.

Ky guse PARTICIPATES IN THE FLORIDA FERMENTATION FEST

Ky Guse recently shared her experiences on working with lacto-fermented vegetables at the annual Florida fermentation fest. The instagram live event featured Ky's work on fermented foods and the microbiome.
